Cookie policy
1 What are cookies?
Cookies are files that store information on your computer's hard disk or browser so that we can see that you have visited our website before. We use cookies to give you the best possible experience on our website. This cookie policy contains information about the cookies used on our website.
The cookies in the browser can be disabled at any time and all cookies stored on the computer at that time can be deleted. You can change the data protection settings in your browser or click on "Delete cookies". However, this may mean that the website cannot be used optimally and no purchases can be made via the website. You can click on "Help" in the browser menu to see how to do this for the browser on your computer or generally at www.allaboutcookies.org. In order to make full use of the online shopping and personalized functions on our website, your computer, tablet or cell phone must accept cookies, as we can only offer certain personal, essential functions on our website by means of cookies.
We use the following types of cookies:
Functional cookies
Our functional cookies ensure that our website works properly. For example, they determine whether you are logged in or which products are in your shopping cart. These cookies do not require consent, as they are necessary for the normal use of our website.
Scripts
We also load standard scripts on our website before you have given your consent. With these scripts we ensure, among other things, that we record whether you have allowed cookies or not. This way we recognize your choice on your next visit and do not have to repeat it every time. In addition, these scripts allow us, for example, to monitor the performance of our website so that technical problems can be resolved or prevented, so that you experience as little inconvenience as possible.
Analytical cookies
These cookies are used by us to keep visitor statistics up to date. These statistics enable us to improve the user-friendliness of our website. This may include information about the device you are using to visit the website or the resolution of the screen. The impact of analytics cookies on your privacy is very limited and therefore no permission is required to place these cookies and provide you with the benefits of these cookies.
A / B test cookies
We also use A / B test cookies to improve the user-friendliness of the website. They give us information about which version of a page works best. These cookies say nothing about you personally and are therefore not privacy-sensitive. Your consent therefore has no influence on the use of these cookies.
Web beacons / affiliate cookies
Web beacons are small pixels on our website that we use to determine when a visit to a particular group of pages has begun. We then use this to set a cookie. For example, we can measure how many orders are generated from the traffic that the affiliate sends to our website. Then, based on this measurement, the affiliate is rewarded for sending visitors to our site.
Performance cookies
This type of cookie is also called an affiliate cookie and we use it to analyze how often banners are clicked on and how often our website is accessed by Google. In this way, we collect insights to improve our campaigns and better tailor them to your interests. We use these cookies in such a way that your privacy is well protected. Your consent will then not affect these cookies. Should it nevertheless occur that certain performance cookies affect your privacy, we will of course ensure that we only use these with your permission.
Analytical tracking cookies
We analyze our website using tracking cookies. Among other things, this provides us with information about your surfing behavior and we track trends. We can use this information, for example, to identify bottlenecks and further optimize our website. We only use these cookies if you have given permission for this.
Profiling cookies
These cookies allow us to better tailor advertising to your interests. These cookies, also a form of tracking cookie, ensure that the ads you see are more relevant to your interests. For example, we and third parties can place cookies on multiple websites and thus obtain a picture of these interests. In this way, we can make you offers that better suit your needs. We only do this if you have given permission.
