Powder with raspberry

Ancient grain mixture with plants (amaranth) and organic raspberries, gently dried and ground.

High fiber content - for balance and well-being. The high swelling properties can reduce the feeling of hunger.

Recommended dosage: 1-3 x daily 25 g (3 tablespoons), 20-30 minutes before meals or (4 tablespoons) as a meal replacement.

Take with plenty (250 ml) of water, sprinkle on your muesli, yoghurt, with rice, oat, soy drink, goat's or cow's milk, your salad or other dishes (hot dishes are also suitable as the ingredients are heat-resistant up to 160°) and add 1 teaspoon of honey if required.
To supplement vital substances and regulate the bowels, take 25 g (3 tbsp) once a day before going to bed.

Ingredients: Organic kamut, organic spelt, organic amaranth, 14% ground organic raspberries.

Allergy note: contains spelt and khorasan wheat (kamut). May contain traces of almonds, hazelnuts, Brazil nuts, walnuts and sesame. Purely vegan and sugar-free.

Do not take with sugar or sugary drinks!
Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
